The interview process is inefficient. HR gives a range of time between 9 am - 5:30 pm for a 1.5-hour assessment centre, a little specificity would have been much appreciated as it is very vague and I had to cancel out the whole day. While the analysts and associates were wonderful, the process is so lengthy - about 20 behavioural/situational questions (does not seem reasonable) followed by another stage in the process to make a presentation on their values (which is fine). After which it is an interview with partners. The interview with the partners is super technical especially at a university level, making the interviewee nervous, and no diversity at all, would not recommend interviewing with them.
