I first had a phone interview, then a 1:1 interview, then came back three weeks later for a 3:1 interview. Phone interview went over resume, 1:1 interview was over the specifics of the job and resume again. 3:1 interview was behavioral questions and resume again. Some questions asked were illegal and not appropriate, but I answered them anyway.
