Head hunter have screened the applicants first. Then it will be referred to the director of the department for the interview. Then interview will be arranged with the director and the partner.

My qualifications, experiences and how I fit the role.
Mostly informal discussion on past experience and skillets. There were not any difficult questions. There were two rounds with first being with my direct report. The others were with peers.

3 rounds of interview. 1 with PPD and 1 with senior manager and 1 with HC. Everything was smooth. They asked questions about the my past exp and what I wanted to do.
