5 stage application process altogether. In Final Stage, interviewer was getting to know me as a person, as well as my motivations for applying (e.g., “why RSM?”, “why audit?”). There were also a couple of situational questions, e.g., dealing with difficult clients.
alright but got rejected. it was in a virtual assessment centre where i had to answer 7 questions and then work in a group for a task and then diary task where i plan my time and days.

The process is divided into online form completion, online testing, video interviews, and final interviews. Online testing and video interviews are fairly standard, but the final interview is more challenging, lasting a total of four hours.
