Performed two virtual interviews over Zoom. First one featured three employees; the second featured four. Both interviews were professional and fairly straightforward. I thought the questions asked were valid and didn't feel pressured.

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at RTI International (Washington, DC)
Interview
I had two rounds of Zoom calls, primarily with the same people, which seemed excessive. There was a 6 week gap between the two calls during which I assumed that I hadn't made the cut. The second one did include the top boss, who seemed annoyed by her staff. They also said that despite working for a specific contract that I would be required to work on general assignments for the company, which I found a bit off-putting. As far as I know the job was posted for a good 8-10 months after my second interview.
