I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at RTI International
Interview
There is an initial phone screening after which they decide whether or not to offer a formal interview. My interview was for a Bachelors Level position. It took a total of 2 hours and was with 6 different employees. Higher level interviews will likely be longer.

Question 1
Questions are fairly standard. For instance, tell us about your background and why you want to work for RTI. Other questions were specific to skills obtained from past experiences. There were also questions that required you to give examples of instances when you showcased certain attributes or skills.
There were multiple rounds of interviews, and no one asked about skills. All the questions were about getting along with colleagues. I found this odd given my day to day work is focused on using hard skills.

I applied online. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at RTI International
Interview
The whole interview process was 4 30-minute interviews with staff from different teams and seniority levels. It made for disjointed conversations and some repetitive questioning, but I appreciate being able to interview with potential future coworkers, not just managers.
