Multiple rounds. Nothing Finance specific. focused on soft skills. Provide examples of how you reacted in situations and built relationships. There were lots of steps in the process but none were overly intense.

It was a long interview process. There were several interviews with business partners and the finance community that involved 3 rounds of interviews. The individual interviews were at least an hour long.

Met with hiring manager and other managers for about 4 hours. First met with HR, then the hiring managers followed by upper level management. It was not very formal, more of a conversation.
