I applied through the Raytheon website. I was reached out to by an internal recruiter a few days later. The following week I had an in-person interview. The week after that I was offered the position. The offer is contingent on a background check verified by HireRight and a drug screening. They check credit score for financial and corporate position, but I was omitted from that. The drug screen is simple. They let you pick a place near where you live. The background check can be difficult because HireRight isn't very good at what they do, and you will likely have to verify a lot of items, like employment history and education, for them. After all is set, they let you know your start date.
