Interview process was ok. Interviewed in Baton Rouge, la recruiter was nice, real personable. Didn’t last long no crazy questions. I’m getting tired of writing, but I must keep on till I get to thirty
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at RaceTrac
Interview
Had three interviews. First interview was with recruiter over the phone. A few questions about my resume and my experience. Second interview was a face to face interview with the recruiter which had some behavioral questions. Last was at a corporate office where I interviewed with the area HR person and talked about my background and also asked a few behavioral questions. I really want to note that the last person was very professional and structured. The recruiter on the other hand was most horrible recruiter I have ever been in contact with. He asked which time was best for me then would try to schedule the opposite time. He would tell me he would get back to me by a date and never hear from him. If it wasn't for knowing someone that currently worked for the company and enjoys his time there I wouldn't have bothered continuing the process.

Applied online week later received a call from the local headquarters and did 2 interviews and they offered the job I accepted. Great process! Did interview with regional hiring manager and district hiring manager both were amazingly nice and simple to talk to.
