I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at RaceTrac (Dalton, GA) in Mar 2011
Interview
You are in the store speaking casually to the hiring rep. Just asks you the basic questions of what do you plan to accomplish why should we hire you etc, etc nothing out of the norm, keep in mind they mainly hire in young kids 18-20 so it's not a terribly difficult interview process. I've seen lots of bad seeds get their foot in the door the interview is easy. There is also an orientation once you get hired in but I was hired four years ago they do things a bit differently now. Now you have to go through a training process and you are not guaranteed a job until you pass the training.

Interview
Interview was pretty easy. Asked questions about prior work experience and what my availability was. No real tough questions. Only a couple scenario questions. We stood at the coffee bar.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at RaceTrac (Atlanta, GA) in Jan 2017
Interview
Two interviews, mostly questions about work availability. If you really want this job, you're going to have to work late night shifts. What I did was work late night shifts when I got hired and eventually asked for easier hours.
