It was very clear that the contact I had at Rackspace was simply prolonging the interview process because they were interviewing other clients. This is ok but they weren't open about it and on top of that, they were desperate. This is a bad combination. I would have liked if they were straight forward.

Quick recruiter screen, quick convo with the hiring mgr, then a series of panel interviews. Met with the writers, a developer, and the UX lead. Well organized and thorough, friendly, somewhat informal yet structured at the same time.
