Telephone Interview, then invitation to assessment centre:
During Assessment centre:
Ice Breaker Activity = bring something that best represents you
Speed dating = 1 minute given to answer questions asked by current employees, both casual (like what is your favourite Netflix show) and serious (Why Rackspace)
Group activity = solve riddles
Individual Interview = 5-10 minutes
Short telephone interview for about 15 minutes, it was quite quick and casual and often referred to CV, the next step is being invited to the assessment centre but haven't reached that step yet.
