There is a two-part interview that happens the same day in no particular order. There is a team fit and a technical fit. The team fit is really seeing how well you will work with customers and interact with others in the office. You will deal a lot with customers through phone, chat, and email. So, being able to effectively and confidently communicate is a must. The technical fit is a little strange, but you are served best if you know as much as possible about A+, Network+, and Windows, Linux systems.
