Rad Hires interview questions

Got contacted to schedule an interview and was asked to answer a few screening questions. After submitting everything and sharing my availability for a call, I never heard back. The job was advertised with pretty low hourly rates. The company hires internationally, particularly in LATAM, to keep costs down, and frames this as a benefit in their communications, but the salaries they offer are not in line with industry standards or the local cost of living. Combined with the ghosting, this raises concerns about professionalism and ethical hiring practices.
