      Digital Marketing Interview

      Jun 11, 2018
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Chicago, IL
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Radancy (Chicago, IL) in Jun 2018

      Interview

I had a phone screen schedule with a recruiter that turned out to be late. During the phone interview, I asked several questions about the role and company that she was unable to answer. Example: "What kind of marketing does this role pertain?" "Is this related to social media management?" etc. The recruiter replied with a long pause and then a laugh saying she had no idea. I then had to ask what she did know and she referred me to a hiring manager. While I don't normally post on sites like this, I find this experience extremely unprofessional and makes me not want to move forward with the hiring process.
