HR Screening (20 mins on call) -> Technical Interview with Hiring Managers (1 hrs on video call)
The HR screening was about the role and salary range. The next interview was with the director and manager. They had some basic questions ready such as "What is the difference between union and union all?". Very easy technical questions. The reason why I had to give it a negative rating is because one, they didn't really bring enough questions and efforts to learn about their candidates and two, they didn't let me know the result. In fact, they didn't reply to my email asking for the result.
