Phone interview followed by an in person interview with a portfolio. I interviewed with multiple rounds of people. I individually interviewed with the manager and then I interviewed with a panel of people from the engineering team.

The interview process was long but very friendly. Radio Flyer HR and hiring managers were very friendly throughout the process. There are multiple rounds of interviews with both HR and members of team you are being hired for. You should know your resume very well and be able to talk about your involvement in past projects
