I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Radio Flyer
Interview
Pretty straightforward, after a phone interview they brought me in for some in-person. Everybody there was nice and it seemed like it would be a good place to work. I met with those in the department I'd be working with, and for, up to tte top product developement guy (VP I think?). According to the recruiter who lined everything up, I wasn't given an offer becasue my experience was directly relatable to thier products, which is understandable. If you don't work directly in thier field I would suggest bringing in some work samples as they had a hard time relating to engineering outside of the toy world.

Question 1
Standard questions, nothing out of the ordinary for an interview.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Radio Flyer
Interview
Interviewed after the university career fair with an HR/recruiter. That was followed by a skype interview. The Skype interview was followed by an onsite to their Chicago site. The process was fairly straightforward. Interviewed with several different people onsite, had a tour, and lunch with some team members.
