Applied on-line. Recruiter called back and wanted to schedule an interview. I called the interviewer back and sent a short email. What is amazing about the experience specially for a director level position is the professionalism or the lack thereof of their recruiting department. Their were no courtesy responses. My question is, if they had called in the first place, and you took the time to return their call and send an email, shouldn't a courtesy call back be the least they can do. If this is how they treat director level jobs, how is their culture like? Do they value people?
