I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Raising Cane's in Aug 2020
Interview
Picked my own time and date and had an interview at on offsite location due to the actual place still being constructed. Got to meet the manager and owner. It was very laid back, they made me feel very comfortable and answered any questions I had for them. Their questions weren't all that bad either, just focused on experience and availability, what shifts I'd like to work, etc. Overall a 10/10 experience. As soon I left I got a notification for a background check.

Question 1
Would you prefer to work front of the house or back?
The process was friendlier than I expected while we talked mostly about the skills that I possessed and what would my contribution to the company be. Overall the experience though me a lot about how to present one self in a formal setting.
Very welcoming and got back to me quickly. The managers there are super talkative so don't be worried about anyone being too weird. A lot of them are on the younger side as well, so that's a plus.
It was easy. Managers didn’t ask anything besides availability. Make sure to seem very cheerful and enthusiastic and they’ll hire you on the spot. The interview probably lasted around 15-20 minutes. Cannot stress how easy it was
