I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Raising Cane's (Lakewood, CA) in Jan 2019
Interview
Very laid back and overall easy questions like “Why do you want to work here?” I was also asked what i know about The history of Raising Cane’s. Manager was extremely nice and professional. Overall, the process was quick and simple.

Question 1
Why Raising Cane’s out if all the other places you can work?
The process was friendlier than I expected while we talked mostly about the skills that I possessed and what would my contribution to the company be. Overall the experience though me a lot about how to present one self in a formal setting.
Very welcoming and got back to me quickly. The managers there are super talkative so don't be worried about anyone being too weird. A lot of them are on the younger side as well, so that's a plus.
It was easy. Managers didn’t ask anything besides availability. Make sure to seem very cheerful and enthusiastic and they’ll hire you on the spot. The interview probably lasted around 15-20 minutes. Cannot stress how easy it was
