Interview
Was an open interview style, lasted about 15 minutes. Was a very straightforward, casual, and comfortable interview. Was able to go over my previous work history/skills/availability. I was given a free drink as well! Very down to earth managers, and seems like it will be a fun place to work at!

Ways I’ve handled conflict with another employee/employer
Throughout the interview, I was interrogated about my background and skill set. It took place at a booth where the other attendees were consuming their meals, but the process was short and straightforward.
