Raising Cane's interview questions

I originally turned in a paper application and heard back from Raising Cane's in around 5 days. After I went in for the first interview it took another 3 or 4 days before I went in for my final with the GM. I would have to say that a very important part of getting the job would have to be persistence. After you turn in your application, now online, call the location you applied to in 2 days and just check up on your status.

I went through a recruiter who handled the contact with the company and then relayed that communication to me. There was a first and second interview and then a "preview shift" where I worked 8 hours (a Friday night closing shift) followed by a meeting with one of the owners and then was offered the job and given a training location. The entire process took several weeks which should have been an indication that this company does not utilize time management.
