easy as usually, but could be more efficient, if you're an experienced developer, should be easy to pass, so basically you can try this before others, some of the interviewer are not professional

The process began with an online technical assessment. After passing, I had two 1-hour technical interviews with two hiring manager, followed by a 30-minute call with a recruiter. The final round was a 3-hour "virtual onsite" with two technical deep-dives and one behavioral interview.

You have to read the book written by the CEO. Mostly put your experience to the successful pillars of the company value. Quite generally, Japanese styl,e and remember to talk out loud what you think to the interviewer.
