3. Series of 3-4 Interviews; All they are looking for are the people who can work hard and are ready to mingle with their way of working. Although, it not a typical Japanese firm but it still has many aspects of a traditional Japanese company.

easy as usually, but could be more efficient, if you're an experienced developer, should be easy to pass, so basically you can try this before others, some of the interviewer are not professional
You have to read the book written by the CEO. Mostly put your experience to the successful pillars of the company value. Quite generally, Japanese styl,e and remember to talk out loud what you think to the interviewer.
