They gave me a timed test then scheduled an interview. I was able to answer their questions, both on the timed test and the interview, but it seems they are mainly interested in candidates who will accept extremely low salaries.

Asked me about SQL and some generic web development
chill, friendly, respectful people. Started with technical questions to do. The interview started with the interviewer introducing themselves, which was a nice way of making the whole interview process comfortable and respectful.
They ask your background and why you want to work at this company. They are very friendly and nice. It takes around 15mins to 30mins. You don’t have to speak Japanese.
