The recruitment process took 3 months from the day of applying till getting offer. Overall it was a very challenging and good experience. Recruiters were very nice, professional and reply to all emails and clarifications but process took really long time.
1st round - Codility programming test with one program and video interview with 5 questions. Got the result in two days.
2nd round - Interview with managers for 30 minutes. Basic questions about background and technical experience. Interviewers were very nice, smiling and professional. Got the result in two days.
3rd round - Interview with senior manager for 30 minutes. Behavioral questions and questions on the technical background. Again, interviewer was good and got the result in two days. Before the final interview, I had to read two books written by CEO and give my honest opinion.
4th round - Interview with head of department for 1 hour. Highly professional and interview was very interesting. Fully technical and more technical than previous rounds. Had a good time and conversation and learnt few things. I attended very few interviews in my career so far and this is the best one and was an interesting experience. More challenging in the entire recruitment process was that I had to wait for more than a month to get the final result.
Finally offer and then offer meeting. Eagerly waiting for my joining date to start working!!!
