3 day process; applied online, got a phone call the day after for an interview the following day. Was called same day offering the job. They (there was two people who interviewed me) asked me 3 basic questions off a longer list, then lastly asked if I had any questions. (definitely prepare questions)

Tell me about yourself and why you want this job. If we called your last manager/supervisor what would they say are your strengths and weaknesses? (Don’t remember the last one in exact words) Tell me about a time something went wrong and how did you fix it? Last question, do you have any questions for us?

Interview
It was pretty easy to get the position. I applied internally within the company. I had worked there for a year as a courtesy clerk and wanted a better position. I needed more hours. I went from 16 hours a week to 24 hours a week. I needed full time but they wouldn't give that to me.

Why did I want to work in Bakery? I wanted to advance into a higher pay position. I wanted to work behind the counter. Extra hours can be gained by working in the Bakery or Deli position.
