Ze nodigde me uit voor een gesprek op kantoor en op voorhand moest ik een cognitieve vaardigheidstest en persoonlijkheidsvragenlijst invullen. Correcte procedure, goede communicatie, eerlijke en transparante feedback
The first stage was a recruiter screen. After the call, the team has come back a week later to let me know that they have decided to move forward with an internal candidate.

I submitted my resume to a position and a Recruiter reached out to me asking for my availability. I replied quickly and never heard back. Called and left a message and nothing. Sent a follow up email and still heard nothing. This is the 3rd time this has happened to me with this organization.
