I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Randstad (San Jose, CA) in May 2016
Interview
Corporate recruiter found me off Monster. She sent me an email through LinkedIn. Phone screening interview, then phone interview with Managing Director of the local branch. After had an in-person interview (1 hr) with the Managing Director Kirsten
The starting salary was 40k. Not high as compared to other companies in he Bay Area. The commission is very low. It's 8-16% but it's rare to get over 8%. You also have to share with the account managers.
They want people who ask a lot of questions, money driven, strong work ethic. Very sales oriented job.
