Interview
First, they will interview your based on your CV, the second stage is a group assessment where they will do sales exercises such as the hot air balloon exercise (individual), then a group presentation and a role play where they will give you a CV and another paper with job requirements and ask you to pitch the candidate to the client.

Interview
Very kind and thorough interview. General at start but more specific as we continued. I got offered some interesting positions and I am waiting for my results. Many options and the recruiter is showing interest.
They gather the candidates in one meeting and interview them. The most difficult part is an assessment to do in real time, we have 30 min to select a random object that no one would ever buy and create a sales speech on it. The selected ones receive an offer.

Muy Profesional, bastante seria. Saben lo que estan buscando. Preguntas pueden ser un poco dificil. Un ambiente bastante movido. Hacen preguntas sobre case study. Tienen bastantes clientes en hosteleria. Buscan perfiles que tengan buenos contactos.
