Phone screen with the recruiter, then first stage interview with 3-4 people on Teams. Went through questions such as what challenges you face, why are you wanting to leave etc

Standard interview process but felt some concerns when they mentioned that the team was shrinking in size. This was a bit of a red flag with a lot of consultants leaving.

Na hora de abordar e agendar primeira entrevista foram ageis. Participei da primeira etapa, recebi feedback que tinha sido bem avaliada e estavam aguardando retorno para agendar próximos passos. Nunca tive retorno depois disso, mesmo mandando mensagem para saber o prazo que tinham para retornar.
Achei lamentavel a postura da empresa que sempre respeitei, mas o time de Talent Acquisition deixou muito a desejar.
