The process in my area is long and drawn out. Which is hilarious since we are consistently coached by Randstad managers to preach the value of quick interview processes to our clients... But it starts with a phone screen, then an interview with the Branch Manager, then an interview with the Regional Manager, then a panel interview with the Branch and Regional Managers plus the Area VP, and then finally another "informal" meeting with the Branch manager and the team you would be working with if hired to see if personalities gel. I was approached about the job at the beginning of December, and was extended an offer in Mid February.
