La primera toma de contacto fue una llamada para saber mi experiencia, nivel de inglés, expectativas salariales, luego organizaron una entrevista de video llamada de Recuroso humanos, luego después unos días me notificaron que querían hacer una entrevista con la manager que voy a trabajar con ella. Al final después la entrevista técnica mi comunicaron que he sido seleccionada

Muy profesionales en todo momento. Realizan una entrevista por competencias bien estructurada. No tengo quejas del proceso de selección, siempre dispuestos a resolver dudas y acompañar durante todo el proceso.

Pretty straightforward and easy. Consistent with job responsibilities.
No behavioral/psychometric/use case assessment involved. First, interviewed with Team Lead remotely and then with the Area Project Manager onsite. Both were quite descriptive concerning relevant job tasks/deliverables.
