Took a very long time between the first contact made by the recruiter to me and the actual interview(s) with the employing company. No follow-up on status of position by recruiter. I had to reach out to them consistently.

They were not good at interviewing. Did not ask anything relevant to my skills or the position. Was just a "visual" "meet and greet" to check out my appearance.
