Interview
Phone screen by corporate recruiter, phone screen with site manager, in person with site manager. I found out the afternoon after my in person interview that I had gotten the job. I then was provided the offer letter and information and decided within a week or so about the job. The corporate recruiter worked with me throughout the process.
