Standard interview with extensive, in depth personality and IQ assessments - I had 1 phone screen, one RVP interview and spoke with team. It was very straightforward and non threatening. The most tricky part was the IQ test which is a sequencing test ( 2, 4, 6 , 8 .... etc)
