Very uncoordinated and informal. Met at a coffee shop with recruiter. Recruiter very focused on filling contract more than right fit and without a lot of company info. Felt more like coaching for client sale than an interview.

Seamless and easy. The real work starts once you catch the question of a good recruiter. Be open about areas need help with to improve job search. Always continue to follow up with recruiter to show you are serious about job placement in your area.

In depth personality screening, rounds of interviews. I am not going to provide details beyond what I already provided. The recruiter provided information on background. Based on the background information provided, I studied the method, which was helpful. However, ultimately the candidate has to impress.
