The interview process was Extremely efficient. I was given an update on a timely basis. The recruiter kept me informed of every stage and process I was going through. Very nice and easy process.

Tell me about a time when you had to meet deadlines
I applied online and then based on my resume, they called me. Initially they said that there would be a telephonic interview followed by 1:1, but later they said they just wanted a 1:1. Thereafter there was a personality test, which I knew later, was very important.
All of it was done by client. Randstand didn't interview me at all
