Interview
Very helpful administrative staff walked me through the interview preparation and on boarding paperwork. Met with the client manager first, then each of the three employees who were to become my co workers. Randstad walked me through the process and helped to coordinate the administrative aspect of the interview.

what event planning experience have you had? They wanted to be sure I had sufficient event planning experience.

Interview
Interviewed on phone first for contract with tech company, then in person for about an hour or so on site. I also had to walk into the recruiters office and fill out forms.

They basically wanted to know if I could handle project management, which I could. Then I had to take a mock test to review skills in writing in terms of knowing how to hone in on an audience based on the information about the audience. Really basic.
