The process was longer than average, however it was informative from the get-go. Phone interview, online testing, video interview then leading to 3rd interview which is in-person with Bran Manager.

Interviewed by phone from a Ranstad internal recruiter for a recruiter role within one of their end clients. Was told I would be submitted to their client, and they would be setting up another interview with their client within a few days. The role sounded exciting, but I never heard back from them after the call.

De inicio fue todo muy rápido (primer contacto, dos entrevistas agendadas con gerente de cuenta y responsable en EUA, psicométricos). Estuve en el proceso 3 semanas y nunca se brindó cierre del proceso. Tuve que asumir que se había seleccionado a alguien más y me dejaron en visto los 3 involucrados. El volumen de trabajo no justifica ghostear a los candidatos.

Interview
The interview process was a virtual interview, it was about 30 minutes going over background. I was scheduled for a second interview and it was cancelled an hour before the scheduled time.
