I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Randstad US (Toronto, ON) in May 2019
Interview
They aren't afraid to drag you along and waste time. They thought they wanted me but didn't know where to put me. I interviewed for this team, that team, multiple positions, IQ tests, personality tests, aced them and was told that the offer was basically a done deal and it would be out to me soon. After a week of not hearing anything I ask about it only to find they gave it to a referral they got that they met with once. I had been brought in for 5 interview stages at this point. It was a very frustrating experience and left me with a negative view of the company. If they don't value your time in the interview process what are the odds they will once you have the job?
