The hiring process was slow, maybe they had a lot of candidates. The process started with an online personality test, then a phone interview, several on site timed skills test and eventually an interview with two of the hiring managers. Eventually I was notified by email that I was not selected. Maybe it was something I said during the interview or maybe some thing in my back ground check that disqualified me. I wish I knew.

The first round was a prerecorded video interview with focus on behavioral questions. It takes around 20 minutes to complete. The questions were fairly easy, but the process felt impersonal.

Online interview, used a portal to answer questions regarding personality and technical skills online. The online link was provided through email, the process was done using webcam and microphone. Overall the experience was very fluid and the response was quick.

I applied online and then they sent me an online video interview. I was just behavioral questions. They then asked me to join IT day at the office. Again, that was mostly behavioral.
