There are two virtual interviews with current advisors, and then in person with branch manager in the office you are applying for. Mostly behavioral questions, not much on markets or the economy.

I only did video interview and I thought it was tough. Interview focused a lot on networking and prospecting. I think there were 5 questions total and the time limit was really short.
