Recruiter reached out via LinkedIn & had the recruiter interview in 2 days. I communicated to the recruiter multiple times I did not have licensing and was still moved forward. The second interview took about 2 weeks to be scheduled due to an event they were having internally. After the interview it was stated they wanted only someone with licensing. It was a waste of everyone’s time to move someone forward to a panel interview without licensing. Additionally, licensing being optional should not be on the position profile and the recruiter should not have moved me forward after being told that being a concern of mine and was reassured it wouldn’t be an issue.
