RealSelf Customer Service Representative interview questions

A couple phone interviews followed by 2-3 in person interviews. I was asked for a phone interview, for which I made myself available, then it had to be rescheduled a couple of times (by them). Then it took a couple of weeks to hear anything back (they had told me I'd be getting another interview), then they emailed me one day at 4 pm asking me to be in their office at 9 am the next morning for an in person interview. Did this a couple of times. In the meantime, I had received a job offer, and I needed to start working sooner rather than later. RealSelf was where I really wanted to work (and still do), but the process just took too long, feedback was too vague, hiring process disorganized, and I ended up having to accept a position I wasn't super excited about somewhere else. I even let RealSelf know that I was getting another offer just to see where I stood and let them know what was going on with me. They led me to believe an offer was coming and I should hold off on accepting the other position. Then the offer didn't come during the agreed upon time. I'm really disappointed that RealSelf couldn't make it happen in a timely manner, because it would have been a really cool gig.
