The process was clearly laid out to me, and it was obvious that I was entering a “well‑oiled machine.” Every person I encountered (recruiter, hiring manager, supervisor, and CISO) was clearly aware of their role, which was reflected in their questions and how they communicated. I felt the process moved quickly, especially considering it took place during the holiday season. Each individual was well‑versed in the process and able to accurately answer all of my questions regarding every stage.
I completed an application and, within a week, was contacted by a member of the Talent Acquisition Team. I indicated multiple time frames on their dashboard when I was available for the first interview. A member of the TAT emailed me to set up a time for the next interview, and this process continued until the final one. I then received an email requesting referrals, followed by information to complete a background check. An offer was made and accepted, pending the results of the background check.
