Initially spoke on the phone with the recruiter who was very friendly and informative about the role and expectations. I was asked about my interest in the position and relevant experiences. Then had a second phone interview with the Hiring Manager who spent most of the call discussing expectations, and we briefly chatted about my experiences too. On-site interview was scheduled the following week and I met with 3 members of the team, all of whom were lovely and welcoming. Asked mostly about how I would fit into the culture of a small start up company, how I would handle working with a small team, etc. and some behavioral questions. I was told follow up would come the following week and received another call from the recruiter that Monday.
