      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Somerville, MA
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Recorded Future (Somerville, MA) in Jan 2019

      Interview

I first had two phone interviews with two recruiters. One recruiter spent an hour going back to positions I had 10 years ago, he seemed scripted and lack luster in personality or excitement about the company. My other phone screen was rushed the interviewer seemed tired and spoke so fast you couldn't understand her very well. She seemed junior in her manner of speaking and somewhat overwhelmed by her work load. A week later I was asked to visit onsite at the office in Somerville for in person interviews. Upon entering noticed people looked unhappy "heads down" no smiles as folks walked by where I sat no hello or friendly feeling. My first interview felt rushed and she looked distracted and not prepared. Second interviewer told me he had no sleep the night before due to his baby and looked miserable and rushed. He told me he had limited time. My third interview was with an employee who seemed robotic in personality and took me for a walk around the office. People looked unhappy didn't lift their head to smile. On my way out, the CEO of the company introduced himself, asking how my visit was and mentioned the company is making money.
