Echoing the sentiments of other Glassdoor users, the process proved to be incredibly frustrating, involving five interviews, only to find out in the end that despite completing final round of technical assignment & presentation, you were not selected. The decision on the interview result took another month before being communicated, making the overall interview process very time-consuming.
It seems they are looking for someone highly knowledgeable about every aspect of their environment, even when given minimal information on their documentation.
Pro-tip: Having prior experience with their platform is considered an added advantage and do not show weakness. Be confident! Good luck!
Interview process:
Initial interview with Talent Acquisition/recruiter covering the introduction to the job opportunity and company culture.
Subsequent interviews include the second round with the hiring manager and the third round with a team member, respectively.
Fourth meeting with the hiring manager was conducted to discuss the technical assignment requirements.
The fifth round consisted of a panel interview where you will presenting the technical assignment to the Director, Hiring Manager, and other team members.
